With support from the Blue Nature Alliance and in partnership with the Samoa Voyaging Society, CI is supporting the Government of Samoa deliver on key ocean commitments under the Samoa Ocean Strategy. The project will further support Samoa’s national marine spatial planning (MSP) & MPA designation, as well as amplify communication and education campaigns to increase awareness and foster guardianship by local communities in support of their traditional marine tenures and the new network of MPAs.
