Saving Species Together: Pacific Priorities for KM-GBF Target 4

To support Pacific Governments and conservation practitioners to prioritise threatened species for action under the Kunming-Montreal Global Framework (KM-GBF) Target 4 by demonstrating practical approaches for developing national Target 4 criteria and priority species lists, and by strengthening links between Target 4 implementation, National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAP) and regional collaboration. The session will also highlight Pacific-centered prioritisation approaches through case studies from Papua New Guinea and Fiji.
