What does genuinely community-led NbS look like

To explore what genuine community ownership of Nature-based Solutions like in practice across Pacific contexts, moving beyond consultation and participation to examine where communities hold real decision-making power, shape priorities, lead implementation and sustain initiatives over time. Through a moderated talanoa grounded in five practical examples, the session will examine the turning points that enabled greater community ownership, the limits and tensions that remain, and the lessons these experiences offer for governments, funders, NGOs and practitioners seeking to support genuinely community-led NbS.
